A bounded description of what the system can establish at state time from declared inputs and transformations.

A conceptual set of future states that have not been ruled out under explicit constraints. Membership is not a promise that any member will occur.

No possible-state representation grants MARKET_GO, ACTION_GATE, direction, alpha, advice or execution permission.

WHY BOUNDEDNESS MATTERS
Without a boundary

Uncertainty can be disguised as a single confident narrative. Missing constraints become hidden assumptions.

With a boundary

Unknown, excluded and still-admissible possibilities can remain distinct. The system can preserve uncertainty instead of converting it into certainty.
