Privacy by explicit boundary.
This policy describes data handling on the public CMM.X observer and related integrations.
The public observer does not require an account. Presentation preferences such as language or theme may be stored locally in the visitor's browser.
Evaluation contact links may open the visitor's local email client. The observer does not itself receive a form submission from that action.
If a LinkedIn integration is enabled, authentication is performed through LinkedIn OAuth. CMM.X will use granted permissions only for the functions explicitly authorized by the account holder.
OAuth secrets and access tokens are not intended for publication on this website. Authorization can be revoked through the relevant provider controls.
External services are governed by their own privacy terms when a visitor or account holder chooses to use them.
Privacy questions: [email protected]
Effective 11 September 2026.
This policy will be updated when the public observer begins processing additional categories of personal data.
